What are Sirtfoods?

 

We are getting a little technical here, but by explaining each term thoroughly we are hoping you will be able to fully understand the benefits of the Sirtfood family of foods.

 

The word Sirtfood is derived from a group of 7 proteins and 260 amino acids called sirtuins. Eating foods that are high in sirtuin activators naturally regulate inflammation, longevity of cells, optimize metabolism and so much more. When Sirtfoods are organic, they are clean and pure and further help your body operate as miraculously as God designed it to.

Sirtfoods are mostly plant-based and full of polyphenols that work at the cellular level to promote cell homeostasis. Polyphenols are micronutrients that are packed with antioxidants. Antioxidants are molecules that fight free radicals in your body. Free radicals are compounds that can cause harm if their levels become too high. Free radicals are linked to multiple illnesses and disease including diabetes, heart disease, cognitive decline, vision loss, cancer and others. Homeostasis refers to keeping the body in balance regarding ions in the blood, pH, glucose and temperature. When the body is in an alkaline state, pH is in balance and disease cannot thrive. The SIRTFOOD DIET PLAN was developed by two British Nutritionists, Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten in 2016. Celebrities who followed the Sirtfood Diet lost up to 100 pounds. Mamma Blew was thrilled to have lost 55 lbs and now lives what she calls a Sirtfood Life. This is a condensed version of the Sirtfood Diet Plan making it easier to follow and understand with terms, ingredients and measurements in USA format.

 

The Sirtfood Diet focuses on eating Sirtfoods and using spices that naturally rev up one’s metabolism, turns on SKINNY GENES that mimic the effects of fasting and exercise, suppresses appetite, and makes one feel full longer. The best part is there is no need for diet pills or appetite suppressants since you are just changing the kinds of food you eat. You can customize the plan to your taste and lifestyle as sirtfoods enhance and super charge any diet such as Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Mediterranean, Plant Based, and more.  

Lab tests revealed Sirtfoods increase the level of sirtuins and triple fat loss by turning on SKINNY GENES. Drug companies have been competing and spending millions working on creating a new diet pill around this science, but it just isn’t necessary. All one is required to do is follow a Sirtfood Diet Plan, which can be customized. PHASE 1

Follow Phase 1 for 7 days. During this time, it is best to stick to the plan, but if it isn’t possible, you can customize the plan to what works best for you.

 

Days 1 through 3:  Drink 1 to 3 servings of Sirtfood Green Juice (see recipe below or use Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form) plus 1 Sirtfood-rich meal which is any recipe that is low in carbohydrates, and includes at least 3 or more Sirtfoods from the lists above and a protein, for a total of 1,000 calories per day. This is a guide, you don't have to actually count calories. Others have lost over 50 lbs and never counted calories because most of the Sirtfoods are naturally low in calories.

 

Days 4 through 7: Drink 1 to 2 servings of Sirtfood Green Juice or Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form, plus 2 sirtfood-rich meals, increasing calories to 1,500 per day.

The benefit of the plan is that it can be fun and flexible. Typically, when dieting you have to cut foods out, leaving you feeling hungry and deprived all the time. Then, you end up gaining the weight back. But with the Sirtfood Diet Plan, you get to constantly look for foods to add and won't gain the weight back - if you stick to it.

PHASE 2

PHASE 3

Eat Sirtfood-rich meals every day.  You may also add any Sirtfood Juice, Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form, Sirtfood Smoothie, Sirtfood Snack, or Sirtfood Dessert of your choice. Calories should typically be up to 2,000 per day for women and up to 3,000 per day for men.

 

Follow Phase 3 for an unlimited time to maintain a Sirtfood Life which maintains weight and has many additional health benefits.

If you start to gain weight, repeat Phase 1 and 2, then continue with Phase 3.

SIRTFOOD GREEN JUICE RECIPE - 1 to 2 Servings

 

Make it at home or purchase the Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form at SirtfoodStore.comThese ingredients can also be eaten as a salad. Use lemon or lime in place of a salad dressing or use a very low-calorie dressing. For added flavor sprinkle it with our Organic Sirtfood Spice Blend. Organic ingredients are recommended.

  • 2 large handfuls Kale (75g)

  • 1 handful of Spinach / Arugula (30g)

  • 1 small handful of Flat Leaf Parsley (5g)

  • 2 large stalks Celery, including leaves / Lovage (150g)

  • ½ medium Apple

  • ½ Lemon, excluding the peal or juice from 1/2 Lemon

  • ½ teaspoon Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder 

  • 1 cup Filtered Water

 

Place all ingredients, except for the Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder, in a high-powered blender or juicer. If a large amount of fiber is not tolerated well, use a juicer. Once blended or juiced vigorously stir in the Organic Match Green Tea Powder.

 

Some find the Juice to be yummy, others need to adjust the taste. Additional Water, Green Apple, Lemon or Celery can be added to adjust the taste. Still others find the taste grows on them and they start to crave the Juice.
