What are Sirtfoods?


We are getting a little technical here, but by explaining each term thoroughly we are hoping you will be able to fully understand the amazing benefits of Sirtfoods. 


The word Sirtfood is derived from a group of 7 proteins and 260 amino acids called sirtuins. Eating foods that are high in sirtuin activators naturally regulate inflammation, longevity of cells, optimize metabolism and so much more. When Sirtfoods are organic, they are clean, pure and further help your body operate as miraculously as God designed it to.



Sirtfoods are mostly plant-based and full of polyphenols that work at the cellular level to promote cell homeostasis. Polyphenols are micronutrients that are packed with antioxidants. Antioxidants are molecules that fight free radicals in your body. Free radicals are compounds that can cause harm if their levels become too high. Consists of 2 Easy Phases


Phase 1 lasts 7 days

Phase 2 lasts until a weight loss goal is reached or for an unlimited time. 

The SIRTFOOD DIET PLAN was developed by two British Nutritionists, Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten in 2016. Celebrities who followed the Sirtfood Diet lost up to 100 pounds. K. Blew was thrilled to have lost 55 lbs at an average of 3 to 5 lbs per week and now lives what she calls a Sirtfood Life.  For the sake of convenience, The Sirtfood Diet plan that follows includes terms, ingredients and measurements converted to USA format.


The Sirtfood Diet focuses on eating Sirtfoods and using spices that naturally rev up one’s metabolism, turns on SKINNY GENES that mimic the effects of fasting and exercise, suppresses appetite, and makes one feel full longer. The best part is there is no need for diet pills or appetite suppressants. You can customize the plan to your taste and lifestyle and super charge any diet such as Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Mediterranean, Plant Based, and more since lab tests revealed Sirtfoods increase the level of sirtuins and triple fat loss by turning on SKINNY GENES.

Toxins in non-organic foods inhibit the ability to burn fat. Follow Phase 1 for 7 days. During this time, it is best to stick to the plan, but if it isn’t possible, you can customize the plan to what works best for you.


Drink 1 to 3 servings of Sirtfood Green Juice (see recipe below or order Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form from our website) and eat 1 healthy, lower carb meal of your choice each day. Addiing Organic Sirtfood Spice Blend ( at least 2 tablespoons) to your healthy meals will spice up your taste buds, weight loss and health. 


Another option to Phase 1 is to drink 1 to 3 servings of Sirtfood Green Juice plus 1 Sirtfood-rich meal which is any recipe that is low in carbohydrates, includes a protein, and includes at least 3 Sirtfoods from the lists above. This option is for anyone who is crazy about Sirtfoods and can't get enough


Follow Phase 2 until a weight loss goal is reached or for an unlimited time. 


Drink 1 Sirtfood Green Juice or Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form, plus 3 lower carb healthy meals or 3 Sirtfood-rich meals daily for anyone who wants to live a Sirtfood Life.

The benefit of the Sirtfood Diet Plan is that it can be fun and flexible. Typically, when dieting you have to cut foods out, leaving you feeling hungry and deprived all the time. Use at least 2 tablespoons of it in a recipe or sprinkle it on your breakfast, lunch, salad and dinner. Occasionally, for the times you are eating out, carry the Organic Sirtfood Spice Blend with you to sprinkle at least 2 tablespoons of it on any meal you don’t prepare yourself and turn it into a Sirtfood Meal, or as we call it, Sirtify your meal.  After all, it is 10 different Sirtfoods in one spice blend. This option isn't a replacement for the Diet Plan.

If you start to gain weight, repeat Phase 1 and 2.



Make it at home or purchase the Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form at SirtfoodStore.comThese ingredients can also be eaten as a salad. Use lemon or lime in place of a salad dressing or use a very low-calorie dressing. For added flavor sprinkle it with our Organic Sirtfood Spice Blend. Organic ingredients are recommended.

  • 2 large handfuls Kale (75g)

  • 1 handful of Spinach / Arugula (30g)

  • 1 small handful of Flat Leaf Parsley (5g)

  • 2 large stalks Celery, including leaves / Lovage (150g)

  • ½ medium Apple

  • ½ Lemon, excluding the peal or juice from 1/2 Lemon

  • ½ teaspoon Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder 

  • 1 cup Filtered Water


Place all ingredients, except for the Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder, in a high-powered blender or juicer. If a large amount of fiber is not tolerated well, use a juicer. Once blended or juiced vigorously stir in the Organic Match Green Tea Powder.


Some find the Juice to be yummy, others need to adjust the taste. Additional Water, Green Apple, Lemon or Celery can be added to adjust the taste. Still others find the taste grows on them and they start to crave the Juice.


The Sirtfood Green Juice can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator or freezer. This saves time and clean up. We have developed an Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend in powder form available at for the sake of convenience. 



Additional foods (listed above) also have Sirtfood Properties along with Spices to be used in Sirtfood Recipes. Adding at least 3 of these ingredients to a recipe makes it easy to create a Sirtfood-rich Meal or Snack.​
