RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We determine if a product may be approved for return and refund on a case by case basis because of the unique nature of our products. In all cases, eBook purchases and shipping charges are not refundable.  BlewFamilyORganics.com or SirtfoodStore.com are not responsible for lost or stolen products.

 

SEASONAL VARIATIONS

It is normal for the taste, smell, texture, color, density, and clumps to vary from batch to batch due to seasonal variations of our raw minimally processed products. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on every product, and we are unable to accept returns and give refunds based on personal tastes, preferences, or natural variances from batch to batch.


RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Return shipping and handling charges may apply to undeliverable or refused packages.

If there is damage during shipping or an error in the products shipped, SirtfoodStore.com and BlewFamilyOrganics.com may, at its sole discretion, reship or refund the shipment and may require the return of the original shipment.

PROCESS TO FOLLOW FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to inevitable fraudulent activity we will only approve returns purchased directly from BlewFamilyOrgaics.com and SirtfoodStore.com in accordance with the following:

1.   Please, contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by 

completing the (We'd Love to Hear from You) form at the bottom of our website BlewFamilyOrganics.com or SirtfoodStore.com or by emailing us at Support@BlewFamilyOrganics.com  or Support@SirtfoodStore.com. You may also

call or text 912-271-5365.

2.  Products must be returned within 14 days of the item's purchase date.

3.   Products must be returned unopened and unused, in good, re-sellable condition.  Opened food products may not be returned.

4.   A minimum restocking fee of 20% may apply.

5.  The original packing slip must be included with the returned product.

6.   We do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned. 

7.   BlewFamilyOrgainics.com and SirtfoodStore.com are not responsible for return shipping costs.

8.  Credit or refund will be given only after the product is returned and inspected.

9.  In all cases, refunds will be made to the Credit Card used for the original purchase.  Although we will process an approved refund immediately, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.  Returns approved from outside the continental United States may take longer to appear on your statement.
