BANANA ICE CREAM WITH TOPPINGS


Prep Time 5 mins - Freezing Time 4 + hours - Cooling Time 0 mins - Total Time 4 + hours - Calories 210 Each - Serves Up to 2 - By Karrie Blew

  • 2 Bananas, Peeled, Sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Nut Milk

  • 1 /2 Cup 85% Dark Chocolate Chips whole or melted.

  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts, Raw Heirloom

  1. Line 9" x 13" baking pan with parchment paper

  2. Place Banana Slices in baking pan, in a single layer 1/4" apart

  3. Freeze for 4 or more hours

  4. Combine Frozen Bananas and Milk in a high powered blender on high for 30 seconds or more until smooth. If needed, add additional milk, a small amount at a time.

  5. Top with Chocolate Chips and Walnuts (Optional).

Plan ahead and freeze several Bananas to be able to enjoy within a minute.
