GREEN TEA BREAKFAST SALAD


Prep Time 15 mins - Cooking Time 5 mins - Total Time 15 mins - Servings 1 - Calories 172

  • 1/2 Cup Green Tea, freshly made

  • 1 Tsp Honey

  • 1 Orange, halved

  • 1 Apple, cored and chopped

  • 10 Red Grapes, seedless

  • 10 Blueberries

  1. Stir the honey into half o cup of Green Tea. When dissolved, add the juice of half the Orange. Set aside to cool.

  2. Separate the other half ot the Orange and place in a bowl together with the Apple, Grapes, and Blueberries. Pour the cooled tea over the fruit and let it steep for a few minutes before serving.
