MEDITERRANEAN OMELET


Prep Time 10 mins - Cooking Time 3 mins - Total Time 13 mins - Servings 1 - Calories 237

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 2 Tbsp Water

  • 1/2 Tsp Butter

  • 1 Small Handful Spinach

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomatoes

  • 2 Tbsp Feta Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  1. Add Eggs, Water and Sirtfood Spice Blend* into a bowl and whisk until well combined.

  2. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add Butter to melt.

  3. Add egg mixture to skillet and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Sprinkle 1/2 portion of Spinach, Tomato and Feta Cheese onto omelet.

  5. Cook until the Eggs are set.

  6. Fold omelet in half.

  7. Carefully slide it onto a plate.

  8. Top with remaining 1/2 portion of Spinach, Tomato and Feta Cheese.
