DECADENT BUCKWHEAT CHOCOLATE WALNUT BROWNIES

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/4 Cup 85% Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar or Sweetener of Your Choice
3/4 Cup Buckwheat Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Milk, Warmed
3/4 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
Pre-heat oven to 300F.
Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan with Olive Oil, line with parchment paper and put aside.
Melt 85% Dark Chocolate Chips and Butter in a bowl using a microwave or a double boiler. Mix to combine well.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the Eggs until light and fluffy. Add the Sugar, a little at a time, and whisk well.
Add the melted 85% Chocolate Chips and Butter Mixture and combine well.
Sift together the Buckwheat Flour, Cocoa Powder, and Baking Powder. Add to the wet batter, one tablespoon at a time, and fold well.
Add Warm Milk and mix well.
Pour the Chocolate Batter into the baking pan and top with Walnuts*.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until firm on the outside. The inside will remain a little gooey.
Remove from the oven, let cool, then cut into squares. Enjoy!
