PUMPKIN PIE CHIA PUDDING

1 1/2 Cup Nut Milk
3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
4 Tbsp Date Sugar or Sweetener of Choice
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp Cloves
1/3 Cup Chia seeds
1/3 Cup Walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp Whipped Cream (Optional)
Whisk together Milk, Pumpkin, Sugar, Vanilla, Cinnamon*, Ginger, Nutmeg, and Cloves.
Stir in Chia Seeds.
Spoon into 4 individual short glasses or cups.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or over night.
Top with Walnuts, Whipped Cream (Optional), and Cinnamon*.
