Make it at home or purchase the Organic Sirtfood Green Juice Blend* in powder form at SirtfoodStore.com. These ingredients can also be eaten as a salad. Use lemon or lime in place of a salad dressing or use a very low-calorie dressing.

  • 2 large handfuls Kale

  • 1 handful of Spinach or Arugula

  • 1 small handful of Flat Leaf Parsley

  • 2 large stalks Celery, including leaves / Lovage (150g)

  • ½ medium Apple

  • ½ Lemon, excluding the peel or juice from 1/2 Lemon

  • 1 cup Filtered Water

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder in a high-powered blender or juicer. If a large amount of fiber is not tolerated well, use a juicer.

  2. Once blended or juiced, vigorously stir in the Organic Match Green Tea Powder.

Some find the Juice to be yummy, others need to adjust the taste. Additional Water, Green Apple, Lemon, Celery, Ginger can be added to adjust the taste. Still others find the taste grows on them and they start to crave the Juice.
