  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

  • 1 Chicken Breast, Skin Removed

  • 2 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Semi-Thick

  • ½ Tomato, Sliced Semi-Thick

  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze (Optional)

  • 2 Sprig Parsley or 2 Basil Leaves, Chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste (Optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Heat Olive Oil in skillet and add Chicken to fry for 3 minutes on each side.

  3. Lay the chicken in a casserole dish, sprinkle with Sirtfood Spice Blend*, top with Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato Slice.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until Mozzarella Cheese is completely melted.

  5. Top with Balsamic Glaze, Parsley or Basil. Sprinkle salt and Pepper to taste.
