MEDITERRANEAN SALAD SKEWERS

SKEWERS

  • 2 Wooden Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes prior to use (Optional)

  • 4 Large Black Olives

  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Yellow Pepper, cut into 4 squares

  • 1/4 Red Onion, cut in half and separated into 4 pieces

  • 4 Slices Cucumber, cut in half

  • 4 Cubes Feta Cheese

DRESSING

  1. Thread each skewer with 1/2 of kewer ingredients..

  2. Place all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix together thoroughly. Pour over the skewers and enjoy!
