3 1/2 Tsp Miso Seasoning
1 Tbsp Mirin (Rice Wine)
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
7 Oz Cod Fillet, Skinless
1/8 Cup Red Onion, Sliced
3/8 Cup Celery, Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
3/8 Cup Green Beans
3/4 Kale, Roughly Chopped
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Mix Miso, Mirin, and 1 Tsp of Oil. Rub all over Cod, marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Bake Cod for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet or wok with remaining oil.
5. Add Onion, Celery, Garlic, Chili Flakes, Green Beans, and Kale. Stir-fry for several minutes until crisp or tender as desired.
6. Add Sesame Seeds, Spice Blend* and Tamari or Soy Sauce. Toss and serve with Baked Cod.
