  • 1 Cup Buckwheat Flour

  • 1 Tsp Dried Yeast

  • 1 Pinch Salt

  • 1/3 Cup Water, Lukewarm

  • 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin


  • 1/4 Red Onion, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 Garlic Clove, Finely Chopped

  • 1 Pinch Brown Sugar (Optional)

  • 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

  • 3/4 Cup Tomatoes, Chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Sirtfood Spice Blend*


  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  • 1/8 Cup Sundried Tomatoes

  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced

  • 1/8 Cup Black Olives

  • 1/4 Cup Spinach Leaves

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the Crust and mix well to create dough. Let Stand for a least 1 hour.

  2. Meanwhile, make the Tomato Sauce. Fry the Red Onion, Garlic Clove in Olive Oil until soft. Add Tomatoes, Sugar, and Sirtfood Spice Blend*. Cook on Medium heat for 30 minutes until thick. Remove from heat.

  3. Sprinkle wax paper or parchment paper with Buckwheat Flour. Place dough on paper, then sprinkle the top and bottom of the dough with Buckwheat Flour until it is no longer sticky. Place another piece of paper on top of dough. Lightly roll the Crust out between the two pieces of paper to your desired thickness and size.

  4. Preheat oven to 400F.

  5. Place Crust on pizza pan or baking sheet. Spoon the Tomato Sauce onto the crust and add the Toppings of your Choice.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly crispy at the edges.

TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE may also include Artichokes, Arugula, Broccoli, Kale, Shallots, Feta Cheese, Goat Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Pineapple, Ham, Pepperoni, Meatballs, Seasoned Ground Beef, Sausage, etc.
