2 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
4 Tbsp Butter of choice
1 Red Onion, chopped
1 ½ Cups Celery, chopped
1 ½ Cup Kale, Chopped
9 Cups or 1 – 12 oz Pkg Bread Cubes
1 ½ Cups Red Grapes, seedless, chopped in half
1 Cup Raw Heirloom Walnuts, chopped into medium size pieces
3 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large pot, add Chicken Broth, Butter, Onion, Celery, and Kale. Cook on med high heat for 5 minutes.
Take off heat and stir in Bread Cubes, Grapes, Walnuts, Spice Blend*, and Poultry Seasoning.
Finish cooking one of two ways:
Spread mixture into a large baking dish coated with Oil. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake, 10 minutes, until top is lightly browned and crisp.
Place prepared Stuffing in turkey’s body and neck cavities just before roasting. Cook turkey according to package instructions.
