1/3 Lb Shrimp, Raw, Peeled, Deveined
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2.4 Oz Buckwheat Ramen Noodles
1/8 Cup Red Onion, Sliced
1/2 Cup Celery, Sliced
1/2 Kale, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock, Use Low Sodium If Necessary
Heat frying pan to med/high heat. Add Shrimp, 1 Tsp Soy Sauce, and 1 Tsp Olive Oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer Shrimp to a plate. Wipe the pan out with a paper towel, as you will be using it again.
Cook the Buckwheat Ramen Noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes as directed on the package, Drain, and set aside.
Meanwhile, fry the Red Onion, Celery, Kale, Garlic, and Sirtfood Spice Blend* in the remaining Soy Sauce and Olive Oil over med/high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the Chicken Stock and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, until the vegetables are heated yet still crunchy.
Add the Shrimp and Noodles* to the pan. Bring back to a boil, then remove from the heat and serve.
