1 Large Tomato Chopped
1 Tbsp Capers
1/4 Lemon for Juice
1 Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Tsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Parsley
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1. Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
2. Mix Tomatoes, Capers, Lemon Juice and Sirtfood Spice Blend*.
3. Place Chicken in baking pan, drizzle with Olive Oil and cover with Tomato Mixture.
4. Bake for up to 45 minutes until Chicken is cooked thoroughly.
5. Sprinkle with Parsley.
6. Salt and Pepper to taste.
