STUFFED PEPPERS


Prep Time 20 mins - Cooking Time 40 mins - Total Time 1 hr - Servings 1 - Calories 350

  • 1 Bell Pepper any color or 2 Bell Peppers, Green, Red, Orange or Yellow

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin

  • 1/4 Carrot, Diced

  • 1/8 Red Onion, Diced

  • 1/2 Garlic Clove, Diced (Optional)

  • 1/4 Lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey

  • 1/4 Cup Cauliflower Rice, Fresh or Frozen

  • 1 Tbsp Sirtfood Spice Blend*

  • 1/8 Cup Tomato Sauce (Optional)

  • 1/8 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

  • 1 Sprig Parsley, Chopped

  1. Heat skillet on medium heat. Add Olive Oil, Carrot, Red Onion, & Garlic. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

  2. Add Ground Beef or Ground Turkey, Cauliflower Rice and Sirtfood Spice Blend*. Stir until well combined.

  3. Preheat oven to 400F.

  4. Cut Bell Peppers in half, remove the insides. Stuff them with the Ground Beef or Ground Turkey mixture.

  5. Top them with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese and Parsley

  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
